As you all are aware of the 3 days disruption of Blackberry Services last week (11th -13th Oct’11) .
Last week at TelecomTalk we shared a story on Blackberry Outage Indian Operators Don’t Care For Customers.
We also saw recently RIM offered free APPS worth $100 free but Indian operators were Mum on the same not even a single operator cared to come up with any compensation plan.
But we waited Long now our feedback which we shared has been heard by TATA DOCOMO .
TATA DCOCOMO have extended the validity of the Prepay customer as who were impacted and are currently active in the system with Blackberry services with monthly plan .Other operators are still Mum we hope other operators will soon follow Tata Docomo in this move.
