4.Create a Skype Acoount
5. After Creating a Skype Account go to this Link

6.Login in ur account
7. Enter that Coupon Code u got it dere in that App.
Note: It is Working for USA for many countries they blocked it so use USA Proxy to get that Coupon Code.
